Description
Description:
Sintering beads made of partially stabilized zirconium oxide (3Y-TZP Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystals) have a high purity and resistance and were designed for sintering zirconium oxide ceramics and cobalt-chromium sintering metal. The sintering beads are used as a base during the firing process and thus reduce the friction between the firing material and the firing base or the crucible base. When sintering cobalt-chromium sintered metal alloys, a contact reaction between the crucible material (silicon carbide, SiC) and the cobalt-chromium alloys to be fired is prevented. Even at high firing temperatures, the chemical composition of the sintering beads ensures that they do not adhere to the material to be fired, leave marks or cause unwanted discoloration.
