The robust material formulation of the resin guarantees a product shelf life of 3 years, high color stability and is compatible with a wide range of open printer systems. Keystone Industries' patent-pending formulation is a unique 3D resin for the production of flexible bite and grinding splints. Optimized for DLP technology, it is an excellent material for 3D printing. It combines sufficient strength to absorb forces associated with bruxism yet is flexible enough to ensure a comfortable wear for patients. KeySplint Soft is suitable for the production of orthodontic dental appliances such as bite plates, mouth guards, bite splints, snoring appliances, general splints and aligner splints.
