The elegant new design of the DWX-53DC consists of separately covered systems integrated into one platform. The automatic tool changer is housed in a separate compartment, so there is no additional material waste. The adapters are exchanged quickly and easily in a newly developed automatic disk changer. The milling chamber is sealed to keep milling waste away from other areas of the milling machine and features an ionizer for easy removal of PMMA milling waste.

The high rigidity ensures full stability. Take calibration to the next level:

  • The built-in temperature sensor compensates for the expansion and contraction of the machine due to temperature fluctuations.
  • Additional manual calibration for extreme results.

The open edge adapter and the ±35-degree milling of the B-axis enable anterior teeth to be milled to the highest quality.

Making the cleaning process more efficient

  • The high-performance air blowing program removes 99％ of the zirconium dioxide residue from the milled disc.
  • The special suction system automatically cleans its filter at the right time and maintains the cleaning performance.

Standard and open-edge adapters are included with the DWX-53DC. Users who want to mill the facial anatomy of bridges with a large span can do so with the newly developed open-edge adapter and a larger rotation angle of the B-axis, which is now a full 35 degrees. The machine is also equipped with Renfert's SILENT powerCAM EC suction unit, which switches on and off automatically via a special connection cable.
