Rainer Koch
As co-founder of Ador Edelmetalle GmbH, Rainer Koch has witnessed and decisively shaped the company's success from the very beginning. To this day, he is responsible for the area of precious metal recycling. In 2000, he founded the then campaign and today's It's for Kids Foundation, true to the motto "Helping the weak - means strengthening the society." into life.
Rainer Koch was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit by Federal President Frank Walter Steinmeier in 2023 for his social commitment.
As the founder of the It's for Kids Foundation, Ador Dental GmbH still works closely with the foundation today.
B.A. Christopher Morboga
Christopher Morboga, coming from the health care sector, had already worked for many years as a managing director in a large German health insurance company. The graduate in business administration and health economics is responsible for the areas of personnel, organisation, products, marketing, customer management, IT, finance and logistics.
For many years Christopher Morboga has been a volunteer in various functions in "It's for Kids" charity fund. At the end of 2019 he was appointed to the advisory board of the foundation by the board of directors. For him it is clear: "So that children in Germany can lead a safe life, I am involved in the "It's for Kids" charity."
Tobias Mehwitz
Tobias Mehwitz held several responsible positions in the sales department of a large German health insurance company - most recently as Managing Director in Düsseldorf. At Ador, Mehwitz, who holds a degree in business administration, is responsible for sales, cooperations, CSR and the overall orientation of the company.
Tobias Mehwitz volunteers on the board of the It's for Kids Foundation and supports many different regional as well as nationwide child protection projects. Creating an opportunity where everyone can actively engage in child protection, regardless of financial or time constraints, is the DNA of the creative It's for Kids Foundation.
Mark Eickers
In silent memory of our valued friend and colleague Mark Eickers

With over 20 years of professional experience in the dental industry, mainly in sales and marketing, the medical technology graduate successfully supported our sales team. With his many years of professional experience as a medical product consultant, he was an important interface between our sales partners and the management. In addition to his work for the benefit of children in need, he also used his commitment and motivation as a partner of the It's for Kids foundation.
We will honor his memory and, at the family's request, support the It's for Kids Foundation with a financial contribution, which in turn supports children suffering from leukemia. Our deepest condolences go out to his family and loved ones.

ANDREA FLÜGEL
With more than 20 years of professional experience in the steel industry as well as in mechanical and plant engineering, the trained wholesale and foreign trade merchant is responsible as team leader of the accounting department at Ador.
Her multi-faceted professional experience in the preparation and visualization of strategic and operational data makes her responsible for all financial tasks and at the same time she proves to be an important advisor to the management.
