Description
The Test Sieve Shakers of the AS 200 series are used in the areas of research & development, quality control of raw materials, intermediate and end products as well as for production monitoring. The controlled electromagnetic drive enables the Optimal adaptation to any sieving material. Even for short sieving times convince the devices by a high selectivity.
Thanks to the digital parameter setting, up to 99 storable sieving programs and the calibration certificate, the AS 200 control is indispensable for all those who value precision and ease of operation and work according to the guidelines of ISO 9001.
The calibration capability of the AS 200 control ensures one hundred percent reproducibility of the sieving results, not only for one instrument, but among all AS 200 control sieve shakers. Therefore, the model is ideally suited to reliably check particle size distributions of samples for quality control, e.g. between suppliers and customers.
VIBRATION SCREENING MACHINE AS 200 CONTROL - SIMPLE AND SAFE OPERATION
With the AS 200 control, any sieving can be carried out easily and conveniently. All sieving parameters - such as amplitude, time, interval - can be digitally set and monitored. Up to 99 parameter combinations (SOPs) can be stored for routine applications. Via an integrated interface, the sieve shaker can be connected to a PC and, using the EasySieve evaluation software, can be® can be controlled. This program enables the user to control the entire screening process and the subsequent documentation.
