HTS-2/M/ZIRKON-120 sintering furnace with SPEED option

The HTS-2 is the all-rounder for sintering zirconia. Whether classic long-term program or speed sintering, with up to 2 sintering trays in the size Ø 120×30 mm, the HTS-2 delivers a capacity of up to 60 individual crowns. Proven heating technology thanks to molybdenum disilicide heating elements - MoSi - enable high temperatures of up to 1650°C. Convenient programming and storage of up to 30 sintering curves, each with a maximum of 4 levels, provides flexibility when using a wide variety of zirconia materials. Precise sintering results are always ensured by the high temperature accuracy of +/- 3 °C at 1500°C.
